EAG membership is calendar year (i.e. from January to December). Registrations received after 15 October 2025 will be applied to 2026.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
In case of cancellation request, a fee of 10 Euros will apply.
Note for French institutions: please note that we cannot deposit invoices on ChorusPro (or similar platforms).

*You will be required to provide proof of your current student status in the application form (a copy of your student card or a link to your institute webpage listing you as a student).
The document should be up to date and in English (or in a western European language).

Reduced rates are available to students and professionals residing in countries classified as low or lower-middle income economies by the World Bank (see here for the list of countries).
Please send a proof of eligibility (e.g. a letter from your institute or link to your institute webpage listing you as a student/professional) to office@eag.org.
