Memorandum of Understanding between the European Association of Geochemistry (EAG) and the European Association of Geoscientists & Engineers (EAGE)
The agreement between the EAGE and EAG offers benefits to the members of both organizations.
EAG member benefits
- EAG members attending the EAGE Annual Conference & Exhibition will benefit from member registration rates.
- EAG members can request free webinars from the EAGE Distinguished Lecturer Programme.
- EAG members can access the EAGE Education Programmes (including in-person courses, self-paced courses, extensive online courses, and interactive online short courses) at a discounted fee equal to the EAGE Bronze level member pricing.
- The EAGE Partner Courses may list video recordings of the EAG Distinguished Lecture Program as well as of Goldschmidt plenaries and medal lectures.
- The EAGE website will include, in the list of Associated Societies, the EAG and a link to the EAG website.
- The EAGE newsletter and publication First Break will carry advertisements for EAG events or activities.
- The EAGE calendar of events (online and printed) will list one event organized the EAG.
EAGE member benefits
- EAGE members attending the V.M. Goldschmidt Conferences in Europe will benefit from member registration rates.
- The EAG website will place the EAGE logo in a prominent location together with a link from the logo to the EAGE website.
- The EAG newsletter will carry advertisements for EAGE events or activities.
- The EAG will promote EAGE education offerings with a direct link to LearningGeoscience.org in the Event Calendar section of the EAG website, and via social media.
