Goldschmidt2023 – Request for Private Meetings

During the conference, from Monday 10 July to Friday 14 July, in-person participants may request a meeting room for small private meetings.

Private meetings are only for non-profit organizations or for individuals.

The meeting room is provided free of charge and includes tables and chairs. The maximum capacity is 40 participants (U-shape setup).
Small private meetings can only take place during conference hours, from 08:30 to 19:30.

Additional costs:
Depending on your needs, additional costs may apply for audio-visual equipment, technicians, catering etc. Also, the helpdesk will advise you on the setup of the room. Should a change of setup be requested, additional costs may apply. 
A quote will be provided by the conference helpdesk.

Notes:

• The conference does not provide hybrid capabilities for small private meetings.
• WiFi is available in meeting rooms.
• All participants must be registered for the meeting.
• All requests are subject to approval and the conference reserves the right to reject the meeting request.
